Limiting Growth in the Southland
I agree with Weiss that growth is necessary for a continuation of our past development and the future danger of slow-growth measures. Then I look at a chart of world population, with its curve going straight up, and I wonder if Weiss knows something I don’t--how to accelerate forever.
If he agrees that someday somebody will have to do something about our rapid growth, he should ask himself: If not now, when? If not me, who?
