Secretary to Catholic Bishops to Change Jobs

WASHINGTON — Russell Shaw, longtime Secretary for Public Affairs of the U.S. Catholic Conference and American bishops, is leaving the post Tuesday to become public information director for the Knights of Columbus, a Catholic fraternal organization.
