Police arrested more than 150 abortion protesters, some of whom had to be dragged away, on trespassing charges during a rally in front of a women’s health clinic in Cherry Hill, N.J. The clinic, which performs abortions, has been the target of firebombs and several demonstrations. “They were peacefully arrested,” Police Officer Steve Schomp said of the demonstrators. “Some walked into the buses on their own power. Others had to be dragged.” Tom McNitt of the Pro-Life Coalition, which staged the rally, said: “We’re here to try to save the lives of babies and help their mothers.”
