Donald F. Fairweather has been named to the new position of president of Wimberly Whisenand Allison Tong & Goo Architects, based in Newport Beach. Fairweather joined the firm in 1969 and managed its Manila office for 12 years. In 1981, he opened the firm’s California office in Newport Beach, to provide architectural services throughout the country, as well as in the Caribbean, Mexico, Europe and the Near East. Michael M.S. Chun succeeds Fairweather as managing principal of the California office. Chun joined WWAT&G; in 1977, and has been in the Newport Beach office since 1981, when he transferred from the Honolulu office.
