Benco Development Group’s Crown Niguel strip center at the corner of Crown Valley Parkway and Laguna Niguel Road in Laguna Niguel will be completed by the middle of the month. Its complement of 18,000 square feet is all leased. . . . O’Donnell Investment Partners in Costa Mesa bought the 170,500-square-foot Irvine East Business Center for $7.5 million from Irvine East Business Center II in Santa Monica. Coldwell Banker’s Anaheim and Orange County South offices arranged the deal. . . . NBS Realty Investors bought Via Verde Plaza, a San Dimas neighborhood shopping center, for $5.2 million from Via Verde Limited of Pacific Palisades. Norris, Beggs & Simpson, with a Southern California regional office in Irvine, was the broker.
