Leonard L. Rosen, 53, has been named president of ITT Gilfillan, a Van Nuys division of ITT Corp. that makes radar equipment and air defense systems.
Rosen was general manager of a Raytheon Co. defense plant in Manchester, N.H. He replaces James Howard, who left ITT Gilfillan in June for reasons the company did not disclose.
