Cruise Ship Runs Aground

SANTIAGO, Chile — A cruise ship ran aground off southern Chile on Wednesday, but all 73 passengers--mostly foreigners, including some Americans--were rescued and flown to Santiago, the capital, the semiofficial news agency Orbre reported.
