Gorbachev and the Summit

Gorbachev is a super salesman. As any good salesman will do he first sold himself to the public. Then he sold what he was after, a treaty to make the Soviet superpower more super. Once we dismantle medium-range nuclear missiles in Europe, the Russians will have a superiority of four to one over NATO in conventional weapons. Let us not forget that conventional weapons killed millions of human beings in World War II.

Let us also not forget that Soviet military forces still occupy several Eastern European countries. Gorbachev is really after one big sale: SDI. As soon as we trade in SDI, then Gorbachev will know that the Soviet trap has been sprung.
