Apartment Assn. Names Brock as Its President

Dave Brock, a partner in the property management firm of Beven & Brock, has been elected president of the Foothill Apartment Assn.
Other officers are Lynne Frances, first vice president; Glenn Cato, second vice president; Finley Beven, treasurer, and Anne Kee, secretary.
Also on the board are Roberta Baron, Bob Brady, Mary Brown, Charles E. Clark, Mark Hilbert, Ed Kaminski, Murielle Rose, Frank D. Rubin, Robert B. Simpson and Hugh Smith.
