Local News in Brief : Newport Beach : Harbor Presiding Judge Elected to Second Term
Robert Bostrom has been elected to a second term as presiding judge of Harbor Muncipal Court.
A graduate of Loyola University School of Law, Bostrom will oversee the eight-judge bench, which also has two court commissioners.
Harbor Court serves the cities of Costa Mesa, Irvine and Newport Beach.
