James R. Salandi has been named senior vice president-specialty hospital group of National Medical Enterprises Inc., which is headquartered in Los Angeles. The hospital group is headquartered in Washington. Salandi previously was vice president-management and financial services for the Hospital Council of Southern California’s Health Resources Institute.
