Bijan Mossavar-Rahmani has been elected president of Apache Oil International Inc., a subsidiary of Apache Corp., a Denver-based oil and gas exploration and production company. Mossavar-Rahmani, 35, served most recently as assistant director for International Energy Studies at Harvard’s Energy and Environmental Policy Center.
