Some Bell & Howell Co. divisions may be sold after a group led by Texas financier Robert M. Bass completes its planned acquisition of the publishing and information-services firm. The group said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it may sell part of the Skokie, Ill. firm to reduce the indebtedness it expects to incur in the $674.6-million buyout.
