Jakes to Visit Moscow

VIENNA —
Czechoslovakia’s new Communist Party leader, Milos Jakes, will fly to the Soviet Union today for a working visit, Czechoslovak state television reported. The trip will be Jakes’ first visit to Moscow since taking over as party chief from Gustav Husak on Dec. 17.
