Albert E. Sisto, executive vice president of sales and marketing, has been named chief operating officer of UniSoft Corp., Emeryville. Sisto, 38, replaces Robin Schlee, who becomes the chief operating officer of the UniSoft Group, and will be based in London. The UniSoft Group is the result of a merger of UniSoft Corp. of the United States and Root Computers Ltd. of the United Kingdom.
