Ameron Unit Buys Production Assets

Ameron Inc., Monterey Park, said its Ameron Fiberglass Pipe Division, based in Houston, purchased the production equipment and technology of Texas Fiberglass Products Inc. of Galveston.

Ameron said the move allows it to add two products to its present oil-field product line: TFP high pressure line pipe and TFP tubing.
