A federal grand jury in Sacramento has indicted two former hospital clerks for allegedly using patients’ Social Security cards to obtain credit cards and then go on a $50,000 shopping spree. Sharon Dorren Rock, 34, formerly of Vallejo, and Gwendolyn L. Greenwood, 34, of Berkeley, were charged with conspiracy, mail fraud and possession and use of credit cards they obtained fraudulently. Both women had worked as file clerks for Kaiser-Permanente in San Rafael.
