Michael T. Bugg has been appointed vice president of sales for Microvoice, an Irvine-based telecommunications company. He replaces Chuck Gibney, who left the company. Before joining Microvoice, Bugg was director of sales for Commterm, a Billerica, Mass., manufacturer of voice-messaging systems. Previous positions include product marketing with the Com Dev division of United Technologies and sales and sales management assignments with General Telephone of the Southeast.
