Reparations
Since West Germany has confirmed that a German woman, under the direction of Palestinians, planted the bomb (Part I, Jan. 11) in the Berlin discotheque (that killed three people, including two U.S. servicemen), will the Reagan Administration now admit its error in the 1986 bombing of Libya and will it now pay those required millions in reparations? I hope so.
