1 Dead, 16 Hurt in Blast

VALPARAISO, Chile —
A time bomb concealed in a flowerpot exploded in the waiting room of a medical center Wednesday, killing a 64-year-old woman and injuring 16 people, police and firefighters said. No one claimed responsibility for the attack.
