A number of senior positions have been announced for the new New York-headquartered Memorex Telex organization, which will be formed following the merger of Memorex International N.V. and Telex Corp. Giorgio Ronchi has been named chairman and chief executive, with Stephen J. Jatras being vice chairman.

The five other members of the board will be George Bragg, who will be president and chief operating officer for Memorex Telex North America; Richard Clarke, who will be responsible for finance and other corporate staff groups; Ansel Kleinman, who will be chairman and chief executive of Telex Communications Inc.; Jean-Claude Zanolli, who has the marketing and business development responsibility worldwide, and Todd Berman, who will represent the company’s principal investor.
