Local News in Brief : Legal Needs of Elderly
A survey is being conducted to determined the legal-service needs of South Bay senior citizens. Ed Kerr, a Rancho Palos Verdes resident who heads the Motion Picture-TV Rank and File Legal Services Foundation, said the nonprofit organization was founded to aid people in the motion picture and television industry but is considering expanding to help the elderly in general. Survey forms may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Kerr at P.O. Box 409, Beverly Hills 90213.
