What is Larry Stewart’s point in constantly discussing verbal mistakes made by sports television announcers? Their jobs require instant analysis and almost constant verbal communication over several hours. They do not have the luxury of proofreading their lines before publication as do print journalists.
Incidentally, tell Larry that Notre Dame lost to Texas A&M; in the Cotton Bowl, not the Sugar Bowl as he reported.
