It’s Lights On April 1 for All Norse Cars and Trucks

Starting April 1, all cars and trucks on Norwegian roads will have to have their headlights on, whether it’s day or night, as a safety measure, the government said Friday.

Headlights around the clock have been mandatory for motorcycles since 1978.
