More than 100 white supremacists, some of them wearing Ku Klux Klan robes, staged a 2 1/2-hour march and rally in virtually all-white Forsyth County, Ga. The supremacists, including 45 robed members of the klan, sang “Dixie” and waved Confederate and American flags as they marched a half mile from Forsyth County High School to the county courthouse in downtown Cumming. The march was mostly uneventful, although demonstrators tried to block the street during the rally but were stopped by police. Only a handful of spectators were present, but a crowd of about 20 to 30 whites greeted the demonstrators and joined the rally when they arrived at the Cumming town square.
