A 33-year-old resident of Tijuana was shot to death in an apparent robbery near the 3200 block of Monument Road, police said Tuesday.
The nude body of Juan Torres was found by Border Patrol agents near the intersection of Monument and Dairy Mart roads at 10:20 a.m., police said.
Police said Torres had been shot once in the back.
