County Provides Recorded Help on Small Claims Court Methods

Share

A system that provides recorded Small Claims Court information 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to callers from a touch-tone telephone has been added to services already provided by the county’s small claims advisers.

Callers from rotary telephones may obtain information and assistance between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on normal business days.

The new system is designed to supplement existing services. A small claims adviser is available to provide in-person or telephone counseling to litigants during normal business hours.
