CMS Enhancements posted a 10% increase in net income for the fiscal second quarter ended Dec. 31, with earnings rising to $501,000, from $456,000 a year earlier. Sales jumped 58% for the period, to $40 million from $25.3 million. For the first half of the company’s 1988 fiscal year, net income dropped to $814,000, from $817,000 for the same period a year earlier. Six-month sales rose 82%, to $73.6 million from $40.3 million. CMS said the increased sales reflect increased domestic market share, a wider range of products and more international business.
