Bush and Rather Squabble on the Evening News
Why is is that TV interviewers like Rather do not have the common courtesy to give the person they are interviewing the time to answer the question? Rather kept on badgering with his own rhetoric.
As of today, I would rather waste my vote then vote for any of the announced candidates, but Bush is still vice president and Rather should have treated him with some dignity.
It was one up for the vice president when he asked Rather “How would you like it if I judged your career by those seven minutes when you walked off the set in New York?”
