Lana’s Daughter

Correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t the caption under the photo of Lana Turner’s daughter Cheryl Crane belong in the Opinion section of The Times!?

The caption read: “Lana Turner’s daughter Cheryl Crane, at right, and business partner-lover Josh LeRoy at their San Francisco home, where they are a role model for gay couples.”

After reading about Crane’s nightmarish adolescent experience with men in Hollywood, I can understand her chosen life style. But I can’t see how The Times could print such blatant homosexual chauvinism.
