Illinois Publishes List of Top ‘Deadbeat Parents’

CHICAGO —
The Illinois Department of Public Aid has released a list of its 10 most wanted “deadbeat parents”--those who top a list of some 112,000 parents who owe $353 million in child-support payments.
The names of the 10 were made public Thursday by department officials in an effort to put “public pressure on deadbeat parents.”
