Inflation
I don’t know where the government gets such low inflation rates--4.4% in 1987 (Part I, Jan. 21).
This past year, my financial adviser’s charges have gone up 16%, the plumber’s charges have gone up 20% and an environmental group has increased its membership fees 50%.
