Traffic
Congratulations, Mayor Tom Bradley. He has made a dramatic contribution to easing our rush hour woes in downtown. He and the Chief of Police Daryl Gates have mobilized the police to ticket folks who clog intersections. And, he has convinced the compliant utilities and U.S. Postal Service not to block the curb lane.
OK, now how about going after the tougher targets--like private delivery companies, or some of those movie production companies. Being a daily downtown commuter, it’s the movie companies that bother me the most. Or is the city afraid to alienate more of those Westside contributors?
