Cal Ripken Sr., manager of the Baltimore Orioles, was charged with drunk driving after police pulled him over for speeding, Baltimore County police said. Ripken, 52, was arrested late Wednesday night. Ripken, who police say was following closely behind another car, was clocked doing 44 miles an hour in a 30-m.p.h. zone, about a half-mile from where he was finally stopped, police said.
