Harriet Tyler to Be Honored: Harriet Tyler, who founded the nonprofit Interested Citizens of Santa Ana in 1970 to provide scholarships for deserving students and to aid the elderly, will be honored Thursday for 30 years of community service. The Community Response Committee will be host for the program from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Senior Citizens Center, 3rd and Ross streets. The public is invited.
