Moreno Valley Gateway First Phase Completed

Work has been completed on the 51,000-square-foot first phase of the $1.5-million, 300-acre Gateway development in Moreno Valley. The developer is Centennial Community Developers Inc., Orange, and the contractor is Breton Construction Inc., Irvine.
