FAA Signs Lease in Long Beach Project

The Federal Aviation Administration has signed a $2.6-million, five-year lease for a 25,000-square-foot office building to be completed this summer at 3225 E. Spring St., Long Beach.

Part of the Aerolease-Long Beach Airport development, the facility will house the FAA’s regional aircraft certification division. The architect is Carli Architecture, Glendale, and the contractor is Al Shankle Construction Co., Anaheim.
