Two Buildings in La Mirada Center Finished

Two new buildings at the $50-million Corporate Center/La Mirada have been completed.

The two buildings, valued at $10 million, are at 14848 and 14821 E. Northam St. Cushman & Wakefield of California Inc. is exclusive listing agent.

The eight-building center is a joint venture of the Lewis Co., Santa Monica; the Hayes Co., Costa Mesa, and Oltmans Investment Co., Whittier, in cooperation with the La Mirada Redevelopment Agency. The other six buildings have been sold or leased.

The 40-acre site was made available by the redevelopment agency in 1981 when Neff High School was closed because of the area’s changing population.
