Share

Denver and Dallas, both reeling from the continuing recession in the energy business, have joined five other newcomers to the 1988 list of “markets of opportunity” published in the January/February Real Estate Investment Journal.

The two cities join Baltimore, Charlotte, N. C.; Indianapolis, Memphis, Tenn., and Tampa, Fla., on the markets of opportunity list. The magazine is published by Irvine-based Century 21 Real Estate Corp.

Demoted from the 1987 list to “honorable mention” status are: Birmingham, Ala.; Cincinnati, Kansas City, Mo.; suburban New Jersey, New York City, San Diego and Seattle.
