“Blonde Death.” EZTV. $39.95. James Dillinger’s video feature boasts an original score by a group called the Angry Samoans and a lurid plot line involving hypocritical Bible-pounding suburbanites, their rock-’n’-rolling, sex-crazed blond nymphet daughter, her lesbian girlfriend and jail-breaking boyfriend, and the boyfriend’s former prison lover--plus an adulterous preacher who helps poison the orange juice. Orange County has rarely taken such a beating; there’s even a mass homicide at an amusement park called “Dumpty Land,” which resembles the Magic Kingdom. Dillinger--who wrote, directed, produced, photographed and edited this sleazy, tongue-in-cheek melodrama--uses the conventions of the love-on-the-run film noir , but filters them through a blase, dark, sarcastic humor reminiscent of John Waters. His bright, bouncy video images spin oddly off the story’s nothing-sacred cynicism. Amusing--but for specialized tastes. Information: (213) 657-1532. ** 1/2
