Herbert M. Hahn has been named executive vice president-production, planning and design, at Chaix & Johnson International, Los Angeles, an interior and architectural planning and design company. He also will be involved with retail domestic marketing programs. Prior to joining Chaix & Johnson, Hahn was a consultant to Tosh Yamashita Inc.
