Ringo Starr might become a rock star again--this time on the small screen. The New York Daily News reported that the ex-Beatle is negotiating with “Miami Vice” star Don Johnson’s TV production company to do a one-hour pilot for NBC. Starr would play a rock star who has to shelve his career and take care of his kids after his wife dies. The tentative title is “Flip Side” and work on the pilot could begin as soon as this spring.
