Texas Couple Sell All to Pay IRS, Die by Gun

HOUSTON —
A couple who had to auction off their belongings to help pay back taxes to the Internal Revenue Service apparently committed suicide after showing their home to potential buyers, police say.
Police believe that Wanda Biggars, 53, shot her husband Jack, 58, with a 9-millimeter pistol twice in the chest and then shot herself in the chest. Their bodies were found in their home last week by one of their four children.
