Business Park Set for Murrieta

Signal Development Corp., Irvine, will build a $30-million, 55-acre business park in the rapidly growing Rancho California area of Riverside County.

Rancho Murrieta Business Park will be bordered by Jefferson Avenue, Date Street and Interstate 15 in Murrieta. Grading is expected to begin in March, and the park will have 57 lots, according to William S. Walkup of Signal.

The one-third acre to 1.5-acre lots will be geared to smaller users, he said. The listing broker is Rancon Real Estate, Rancho California.
