A Minnesota woman, Christine Johnson, filed a lawsuit on Tuesday charging that her unintentional appearance in a grisly video called “The Faces of Death” violated her right to privacy. Johnson charged in a county court suit in Minneapolis that the film makers--Bill Burrud Productions and Four Star International--used her in the film, a closeup of her screaming, without her permission. She is asking $50,000 in damages and a percentage of royalties. “The Faces of Death” is a collection of footage showing actual deaths and executions of people, as well as an autopsy, baby seals being clubbed and people eating monkey brains.
