Five Orange County Latino women will be honored Saturday at the ninth annual Hispanic Women Recognition Awards dinner, sponsored by the Santa Ana chapter of the League of United Latin American Citizens. Proceeds from the dinner will go to the LULAC Hispanic Students Scholarship Fund, which helps college-bound Latino students from the Santa Ana-Garden Grove area.
