Medical Facility Sold to San Diego Hospital Assn.

San Gabriel-based J. H. Hedrick & Co. has sold its South Bay Medical Arts Building in Chula Vista to the San Diego Hospital Assn. for $4.7 million. The 30,250-square-foot medical facility will continue to be operated by Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group Inc.
