David Shean, president and owner of Associated Escrow Service, Thousand Oaks, has been installed as 1988 president of the Los Angeles-based California Escrow Assn. Other officers include Suzanne Blackburn, chief executive officer of Redding Title Co., Redding, president-elect; Billie Sandlin of Integrity Escrow, Monrovia, first vice-president; JoAnne Howard, Howard Escrow, Hemet, second vice president.
