The 39-unit, 1923 Art Deco apartments at 1236 N. Flores St., West Hollywood, a historical landmark, has been sold by David Van Mindenao to Elias Shokrian for $1.7 million. L. J. Hooker International, Beverly Hills, represented both parties.
