Reagan to Fill 2 Positions in Commerce Department

President Reagan plans to nominate Donna F. Tuttle as deputy secretary of commerce, succeeding Clarence J. Brown, the White House announced Friday. Tuttle, 40, has been undersecretary for travel and tourism since 1983.

The President also plans to nominate W. Allen Moore as undersecretary of commerce for international trade administration, succeeding S. Bruce Smart, the White House said. Moore, 43, has been chief of staff of the Senate Commerce Committee since 1985.
